City of Philadelphia Law Department seeks licensed PA attorney for unit responsible for information technology, telecommunications, and intellectual property law. Experience in one or more of these practice areas strongly preferred but not required. Transactional experience required; litigation experience a plus. Minimum two years in active practice required. Must be City of Philadelphia resident within 6 months of date of hire. Excellent opportunity to obtain hands-on technology law experience.
