We are looking for junior- to mid-level candidates with life sciences prosecution experience; specifically having some medical device and/or life-sciences-oriented, mechanical or electro-mechanical experience preferred. Experience in a full-service patent practice including patent counseling, prosecution, due diligence, litigation, opinions, and intellectual property transactions is preferred. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, including a bachelors degree in a biology or chemistry concentration, and a Masters or Ph.D. in the same. J.D. required.
