We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal for our Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Philadelphia Office. The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience in Commercial Litigation, Products Litigation and IP Litigation. Experience with electronic filing, preparing and responding to discovery, legal research and cite checking is required. Previous trial experience is required. Candidate should be detail oriented, organized and possess strong computer skills. A four year college degree and/or paralegal certificate is required.
