Private Equity Lawyers in Demand
Dealbook reports that the "boom in private equity investing is carrying over to the legal profession, with many law firms expanding practices in that field and hiring more lawyers as a result. And lawyers with a background in private equity may have their pick of jobs. "Private equity lawyers have become the new rock stars," one legal recruiter said. [NYT]
