Position: Technical Support Specialist
Greenberg Traurig's New York Office is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for the helpdesk from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years Microsoft Office 2003 experience with an emphasis in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in a law firm environment. They must also have knowledge of networking, remote access connectivity, document management systems, and a ticket tracking application. Candidate must have superb customer skills with the ability to be a professional and knowledgeable individual over the phone. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Flexible to work some overtime, at different shifts and be able to travel, if required. Greenberg Traurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
