Position: In-house Counsel, Media and Entertainment Company, Long Island Based
Responsibilities: The Counsel will be responsible for advising internal corporate clients on technology-related legal issues as well as for structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include overseeing outside counsel.
