Wanted: Princeton law office
We are looking for the following professionals to join a small corporate law office with too much work, and excellent growth prospects:
1. Young (3-6 years out of law school) securities/ M&A associate; MUST have big-firm experience, and the ability to handle assignments ranging from small public company representation, private M&A activities, and venture capital transactions; MUST be a superb person with immaculate references and tons of entrepreneurial drive.
2. Experienced, forward-thinking, computer-savvy legal secretary.
