Associate Counsel - New York
Coach: Qualified candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate degree and admission to the bar with 10+ years experience as an Attorney focusing on IT and privacy law in a law firm or a publicly-traded company. The ability to recommend policies, plans, and objectives to management to ensure that the business strategy reflects regulatory and compliance requirements is imperative. Applicants must possess the demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and business deals, be skilled in dealing with the requirements and pressures placed on public companies, and be experienced in a wide range of legal transactions with demonstrated mastery in the areas of technology, privacy and contracts. Superior business and financial acumen, analytical abilities, detail orientation, and unquestioned integrity are essential. International experience is a plus.
