The Manhattan Institute's Center for Legal Policy is looking for a smart, legally savvy, good humored manager for our web magazine www.PointofLaw.com. Candidates, who need not be located in New York City, should have a strong interest in tort reform issues combined with good writing ability and familiarity with the Web-based publishing program Moveable Type. The manager will be responsible for making inquires to contributors, researching articles and legal reform papers to post, keeping the site up to date, and working closely with Senior Fellow Walter Olson and Director Jim Copland on content and with the communications department on marketing. This position is structured as part time with an opportunity to become full time. JD or graduate level work on legal reform issues is a plus.
